Welcome to K.KIM TAE KWON DO. You will soon discover the cultivation of mental and physical development through hard training in this Martial Art. In addition, you will develop respect for yourself and others.
This Website will help you organize your progress in TAE KWON DO. You will need to get familiar with this Website. Read it carefully and know its contents. You will become more familiar with the Korean terms as you progress in this art.
Courtesy and respect for oneself and others is one of the most important aspects of all martial arts. You should follow the directions given by “Sabumnym” (master) and higher belt ranks. If you disagree with a higher-ranked student, see Sabumnym as soon as possible. Rudeness by ANY student will not be tolerated. Your safety and well-being is the first priority; therefore, all instructions will be given with that in mind.
Please read the safety rules carefully. Be familiar with the posted safety rules. If you violate them you will be removed from class or the entire program as a safety hazard to yourself and others.
I hope you will enjoy practicing in this dojang. I hope you will participate fully in the program and become a better person in result. If you have any questions or concerns always feel free to see me. I will do my best to help you. Practice hard and you will soon unify your will, and add direction and substance to your life.
